The Edith Belle Libby Memorial Library in Old Orchard Beach will reopen at its permanent Staples Street location on Tuesday, April 28 at 10 a.m. and will resume regular operating hours. Town Manager Larry Mead said this is a “soft opening,” as there are still some “punch list” items that need to be completed. A grand opening will be held at a later date. “It looks beautiful,” said Mead.
