
She was born in Saco on May 11, 1930, a daughter of Arthur and Elizabeth (Charles) Smart. She was educated from Old Orchard Beach High School, Class of 1948.
Louise owned and operated a motel in Naples. She was a homemaker who enjoyed raising her family. Her hobby was going antiquing. Most of all, she loved her grandsons and enjoyed spending as much time with them as she could.
She was predceded in death by: her husband, Russell H. Hamor, on Aug. 25, 1987; by her daughter, Susan Everett; and her brother, Eugene Smart.
She is survived by her grandsons, Garrett Everett and Justin Everett, and by two sisters. Judith Charette and Carol Gelinas.
A graveside service will be held in the spring at Hope Cemetery in Kennebunk.
Arrangements are by Cote Funeral Home of Saco.
