Jim Dodge’s New Hampshire theater company, “Senior Moments,” will perform at 3 p.m. at Atria Kennebunk in honor of Resident Appreciation Month. The show will consist of everyday-life situations that seniors go through and/or think about. This show will make for a fun-filled and lighthearted afternoon.
There will be a workshop focusing on fitness and ways to get healthier at Goodall Memorial Library on Main Street in Sanford from 6-7:30 p.m.
