This rare blue lobster was caught off of the southern Maine coast by 14-year-old Meghan LaPlante and her father, Jay LaPlante, of Old Orchard Beach, on Saturday. Meghan said she’ll donate her catch to the Maine State Aquarium in Boothbay Harbor.
