Guy “Guybo” Victor Wildes passed away Monday, December 19th, 2016, in his home in Bowdoinham, he was age 61.
Guy was survived by his two children, a son Jefferson Bishop of Westbrook, daughter Rachel Wildes of Bowdoinham, his sister Linda Burnette of Bowdoinham, his niece Ali, nephew Ethan, and many friends. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Andrew.
Guy was born the middle of three children on December 13th, 1955 to Keith Wildes and his wife Jeanine (nee Baillargeon).
Guy will be remembered as a larger than life man, in personality and stature. He was hardworking his whole life and devoted to his children. An avid outdoorsman, Guy was always sharing his love for fishing, wildlife, and botany with his kids. A fixture in Bowdoinham, known for his work as a carpenter, a love for a good laugh, and his lovingly disgruntled streak, Guy will be missed and remembered fondly by the community.
A gathering will take place from 5 to 7 PM at Kincer Funeral Home in Richmond on Wednesday, December 28th, with words of remembrance to follow until 8 PM.
