BATH — The annual Bath Elk’s Hoop Shoot contest is scheduled to take place Jan. 8 at the Bath Area Family YMCA.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., with the contest kicking off at 9 a.m.
Hoop Shoot is for all boys and girls ages 8-13 from Arrowsic, Bath, Boothbay, Georgetown, Phippsburg, West Bath, Wiscasset and Woolwich.
Age groups are based on the competitors age as of April 1, 2017.
