CAMDEN (AP) — Police say a person taken hostage during an attempted drug store robbery in Camden has been released but the suspect is still inside.
WCSH-TV reported today the hostage at a Rite Aid store is free.
Camden police say a person entered the store just after 7 p.m. Monday and tried to rob it. Someone in the store was taken hostage.
Local and state police have converged on the store and streets near it have been blocked off.
