GORHAM (AP) — Police say the University of Southern Maine campus in Gorham has been evacuated because of a possible ammonia leak.
WMTW-TV reports that authorities say the campus has been evacuated as a precaution. Police in Gorham say they learned of a possible hazmat situation on the campus around 11 p.m. Friday.
No further details have been released.
The university’s website says the summer session begins today.
