Robert E. Libby
YARMOUTH – Robert E. Libby, 88, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026, at the Brentwood Center. He was born on March 28, 1937, in Bridgton, a son of the late Clarence and Abbie (Bryant) Libby.
He attended the local school system and went on to become a foreman for the Sebago shoe shop in Bridgton.
He married Sandra Pinkham on May 30, 1958.
He was predeceased by his loving wife Sandra (Pinkham) Libby and his parents, Clarence and Abbie Libby.
He is survived by his devoted daughters, Diane Libby-Rose and Debra Libby-Savino both of Florida, and sons, Robert Libby of Vermont, Michael Libby and Shawn
Libby both of Floria.
Arrangements are under the care of Chandler Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 8 Elm St., Bridgton. A graveside service is scheduled to celebrate both Sandra and Bob on July 6, 2026, at 11 a.m., at the South Bridgton Cemetery.
