Arundel voters reelected Select Board Chair Thomas Danylik and Regional School Unit 21 school board member Mandy Cummings on Tuesday.
Danylik received 731 votes to 310 for challenger Alfred Schutz, while 261 voters left that race blank or wrote in another candidate.
Cummings, meanwhile, received 579 to challenger Joshua Allen’s 502. Another 221 voters skipped that race or wrote in another candidate.
A total of 1,302 voters cast ballots, according to initial results.
The voters also gave Melanie Mitchell a seat the town’s budget board in an uncontested race; she got 999 votes.
Residents will vote whether to approve the town’s municipal budget articles at the town meeting on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Mildred L. Day School.
Town meeting attendees will also vote on the town’s mobile home lot rent stabilization ordinance. If approved, the ordinance would protect residents from certain evictions and place limits on how often rent can be raised.
