Riverton standoff ends; 6 in custody
Portland police have six people in custody following a standoff at the Riverton Apartments.
Shortly after 2 p.m. the last person walked out of the apartment at 2 Pinewood Road and gave himself up. He was ordered to his knees by members of a special police reaction team.
