Xavier Watson was one of four men to break into the home and sexually assaulted a 17-year-old resident in January 2016, a prosecutor says.

Both men involved in the Memorial Day incident that left one with a gunshot wound said they would invoke their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination if called to testify against the other.
