Hancock Lumber topped C.R. Tandberg, 9-4, Tuesday to win the Windham Little League baseball title. In the Little League softball playoffs last week, North Country Heating beat Windham LL Bingo, 16-10, for the championship.

Windham’s all-star teams will be competing in the District 6 playoffs, and the town will be hosting the 11-year-olds. That tournament begins July 1, with games played at Lowell Farm Field.

The members of the 11-year-old all-star team are Nate Boyle, Christian Coons, Cody Dube, Calvin Field, Joseph Francoeur, Shawn Francoeur, Kyle Gilman, Robert Hamilton, Mitchell Hodge, Spencer Noel, T.D. O’Brien and Ryan Whiting. The squad’s manager is Jim Boyle, with Todd Hamilton and Matt Noel assisting.

Windham’s 12-year-old all-star team is made up of Nick Burton, Kevin Cidre, Timmy Davis, John Gagliano, Jordan Hall, Cody Laberge, Mackenzie MacVane, Benjamin Martin, Matthew McLean, Sean Ramnarine, Gary Tenney and Ryan Whitney.

The team is managed by Marty Laberge, with assistant Bob Burton. The 12-year-olds play in Yarmouth beginning tomorrow (June 30).

The 11- and 12-year-old softball all-star team members are Cindy Clark, Hannah Damron, Jennifer Field, Logan Genest, Nicole Grant, Jasmine Harper, Lindsey Hughes, Megan Leighton, Sara Richards, Bridget Rogers, Carly Smith, Courtney Tardiff and Crystal Thomes.

Managed by David Field with assistance from Ron Richards, they begin play in Falmouth tomorrow (June 30).

Windham’s 9- and 10-year old baseball all-stars include Alex Aube, Ben Dionne, Derek Hammond, Jack Herzig, Spencer Hodge, Jared Libby, Joseph Mazzillo, Cody Miller, Garrick Rogers, Nathan Sawyer, Joseph Szurko and Andrew Whiting.

Bill Whiting is the team’s manager. Their tournament commences on July 8 in South Portland. Windham will be hosting the state tournament for the 9- and 10-year-olds starting on July 29.
