Joshua R. Adler, 28, of Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Nov. 8, 2005 and was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for two years, all but six months suspended, given probation of two years, restitution $1,000.
Lena Azama, 21, of South Portland, had a filing with conditions on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in New Gloucester on Feb. 10, 2005 and was fined $500.
Scott Bissonnette, 42, of Portland, violated probation on a charge of burglary in Scarborough on Oct. 14, 2004 and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 15 months and probation revoked. He also violated probation on charges of theft of services and violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 90 days on each charge.
Derek M. Boucher, 21, of Scarborough, was found guilty on a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor in Scarborough on Dec. 22, 2005 and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days.
Jason Boucher, 20, of Portland, had a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on Feb. 16, 2006 dismissed.
Mark E. Bowen, 49, of Saco, violated probation on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on May 24, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 18 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued. He violated probation on charges of operating after suspension and violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days. He violated probated on a charge of driving to endanger in Portland on Dec. 29, 2003 and had license suspended for 30 days, unconditional discharge.
Gary Bragdon, 35, of El Paso, Texas, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on Dec. 29, 2002 and was fined $800 and had license suspended for 90 days.
Dallas B. Bridges, Jr., 31, of South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Scarborough on June 21, 2005 and was fined $500.
Christopher Butterfield, 25, of South Portland, violated probation on three charges of burglary in Casco on March 18, 1999 and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 16 months, probation revoked on each charge.
Robert E. Christensen, 45, of South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence-no test, one prior in South Portland on Dec. 29, 2005 and was fined $1,000, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 18 months. Charges of operating vehicle without a license-cond/restric and operating after registration was suspended were dismissed.
Daniel R. Collette, 33, of Old Orchard Beach, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Dec. 1, 2005 and was fined $700, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 90 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days and had license suspended for one year. A charge of unlawful use of license was dismissed.
Zephyr Comparetto, 25, of Portland, had a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on Nov. 10, 2005 dismissed.
Peter Coyne, 47, of Portland, had a charge of theft by unauthorized use of property in South Portland on Feb. 15, 2006 dismissed. He was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on March 4, 2006 and was fined $300.
Rebecca Dancer, 38, of Garland, was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Scarborough on Feb. 2, 2006 and was fined $500. She was found guilty on a charge of failing to give correct name, address or date of birth and was fined $250. She was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was fined $300 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 24 hours.
Kevin DiBiase, 46, of Portland, was found guilty on charges of criminal mischief in Portland, possession or transfer of burglar’s tools, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Dec. 31, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 120 days, restitution $200 on each charge. He was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked and was fined $250, He was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days, and had license suspended for 90 days. He was found guilty on a charge of failing to stop for officer and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 120 days, restitution $200. Charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized use of property in Portland on Dec. 31, 2005 all were dismissed.
Margie Dunson, 56, of South Portland, had a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on June 22, 2005 dismissed.
James E. Earles, 43, of Portland, was found guilty on charges of operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, failing to stop for officer and aggravated criminal mischief in Scarborough on Sept. 24, 2005.
Bruce F. Egan, 44, of Portland, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on Dec. 31, 2005 and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.
Jared Gillette, 23, of South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of criminal mischief in South Portland on Aug. 17, 2005 and was fined $200, restitution $540.
Dana Goodine, 47, of South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of burglary in Portland on July 24, 2005 and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for five years. A charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer was dismissed.
Steven Goodine, 41, of Portland, violated probation on a charge of reckless conduct in Portland on Feb. 13, 2002 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued. He violated probation on a charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months. He violated probation on a charge of assault on an officer in South Portland on Feb. 13, 2002 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for one day, probation partially revoked, probation continued, restitution $1,636.29.
Kimberly Gordon, 28, of South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on June 14, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months, probation partially revoked, probation continued. She was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on June 21, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months, probation partially revoked, probation continued. She was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on June 22, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months, probation partially revoked, probation continued, restitution $150.
Kyle Greenlaw, 21, of South Portland, was found guilty on charges of burglary and assault in South Portland on Nov. 12, 2005.
Jeremy M. Gregor, 23, of Scarborough, was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked-OUI in Scarborough on Sept. 25, 2005 and was fined $250. He was also found guilty on a charge of unlawful use of license and was fined $200.
Afton P. Griffin, 23, of South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in south Portland on Sept. 3, 2005 and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland county Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.
Taleisha Hale, 20, of South Portland, was found guilty on charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct in Portland on Oct. 16, 2005 and was fined $125 on each charge. Charges of assault and criminal trespass were dismissed. A charge of violating condition of release in South Portland on March 12, 2006 was dismissed. A charge of violating condition of release in Scarborough on April 20, 2006 was dismissed.
Cecil W. Haney, 27, of South Portland, had a charge of assault in South Portland on Oct. 14, 2005 dismissed.
Steven M. Harriman, 26, of South Portland, violated probation on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on Jan. 26, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months, probation revoked.
Christiane M. Hollis, 28, of Old Orchard Beach, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on March 25, 2006 and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for one year, all but 50 days suspended and given probation of two years.
Hristo Iankoulov, 25, of Portland, had a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Oct. 12, 2004 dismissed.
Anthony J. Jarry, 21, of Old Orchard Beach, had a filing with conditions on a charge of violating protective order in Scarborough on Sept. 12, 2005 and was fined $200.

Jessica Kirk, 28, of South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of assault in South Portland on Jan. 22, 2006 and was fined $300, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 120 days, all suspended and given probation of one year. She was found guilty on two charges of terrorizing and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 120 days, all suspended and given probation of one year on each charge. A charge of violating condition of release in Portland on Jan. 23, 2006 was dismissed.
Bryan G. Kyle, 36, of South Portland, had a charge of assault in South Portland on Oct. 30, 2005 dismissed.
Michelle Lehman, 40, of South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on Nov. 25, 2005 and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days. A charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior was dismissed.
Jonathan Lord, 28, of Scarborough, was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Portland on Oct. 27, 2005 and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours.
Peter Mirehouse, 38, of Scarborough, had a filing with conditions on a charge of disorderly conduct in Scarborough on Dec. 1, 2005 and was fined $100.
Ryan Nee, 21, of South Portland, had a charge of burglary in South Portland on Nov. 12, 2005 dismissed.
Nicholas M. O’Brien, 24, of Raymond, violated probation on a charge of burglary in South Portland on Sept. 22, 2003, no sentence imposed. He violated probation on three charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and a charge of misuse of identification and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months on each charge.
Thomas E. Orr, 41, of Saco, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Jan. 5, 2006 and was fined $750 and had license suspended for 90 days. A charge of failing to notify of motor vehicle accident was dismissed.
Clifford J. Perkins, 24, of Scarborough, was found guilty on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Standish on Oct. 24, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days on each charge. A second charge of burglary of a motor vehicle was dismissed. He was found guilty on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Standish on Oct. 23, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days, restitution $400 on each charge.
Benjamin Pinette, 20, of Portland, had charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Mar. 30, 2005 dismissed.
Wilfreid Plalum, 34, of Portland, was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in South Portland on Sept. 4, 2005 and was fined $750.

A charge of driving to endanger was dismissed.
Keith Standring Roney, 57, of Aurora, Colo., was found guilty on a charge of passing a stopped school bus in South Portland on Oct. 26, 2005 and was fined $250.
Michael J. Russo, 25, of Scarborough, was found guilty on a charge of assault in Portland on Jan. 22, 2006 and was fined $350. He was also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 24 hours. A second charge of assault was dismissed.
Ellen Ryan, 48, of South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on Sept. 14, 2005.
Austin Saleeby, 20, of Scarborough, had a filing with conditions on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license – cond/restric in Gorham on Nov. 17, 2005 and was fined $100.
Melissa Savage, 32, of Portland, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Oct. 1, 2005 and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for one year, all suspended and given probation of one year.
Renee A. Spencer, 22, of Portland, had a charge of criminal mischief in South Portland on Jan. 8, 2006 dismissed.
Matthew J. Tainter, 21, of Woolwich, was found guilty on a charge of unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug in South Portland on Oct. 1, 2005 and was fined $500, restitution $110.
Robert Throckmorton, 26, of Portland, was found guilty on charges of obstructing report of a crime and criminal mischief in South Portland on Oct. 15, 2005 and was fined $250 on each charge. A charge of assault was dismissed.
Leah Thurlow, 50, of Windham, violated probation on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on March 13, 2004 and had probation partially revoked, probation continued. She also violated probation on charges of assault and violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days on each charge.
Miguel Torres, 26, of South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of assault in South Portland on Oct. 24, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for two days. A charge of violating condition of release was dismissed.
Ricky A. Tucci, 35, of South Portland, had a filing with conditions on a charge of indecent conduct in South Portland on Sept. 14, 2005 and was fined $150.
Lisa M. Webber, 44, of Cape Neddick, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on July 28, 2005 and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.
Jason Weymouth, 31, of Raymond, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on June 24, 2005 and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for two years, all but 75 days suspended and given probation of two years. Charges of driving to endanger, criminal trespass and operating while license was suspended or revoked were all dismissed.
Anita Wilcox, 65, of Buxton, was found guilty on a charge of harassment by telephone in South Portland on July 8, 2005 and was fined $50.
Frederick Wilcox, 33, of Portland, violated probation on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on March 25, 2001 and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 38 months, 20 days, probation revoked.
Eric Workman, 37, of Edgecomb, was found guilty on two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Sept. 15, 2003 and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for five years, all but two years suspended and given probation of four years on each charge. He was found guilty on two charges of criminal trespass and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months on each charge He was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months.
