Scarborough students make dean's list

Scarborough natives Kevin Ostrander and Mandi Rapisardi made the dean’s list last fall at Lasell College. Rapisardi, a member of the class of 2006, is majoring in fashion design and production. Ostrander, a member of the class of 2009, is majoring in finance. Lasell is a four-year liberal arts college in Newton, Mass.

The Cape Elizabeth Town Council will hold a public hearing Feb. 13 on a proposal to ban the creation of “short-cut” streets.
