Scarborough’s Seniors Without Walls (WOW) programs include:

Friday, Feb. 29 and March 7: Bingo at Hillcrest Recreation Center, 108 Hillcrest Ave., at 11:30 a.m. Cost is $2.

Tuesday: Coffee Time from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Freaky Bean Coffee House, 360 Route 1. Seniors receive a 10 percent discount during this time.

Call Community Services at 730-4150 to sign up for the following programs:

Wednesday: Sprial Arts at Hillcrest Recreation Center, 108 Hillcrest Ave., at 11:30 a.m., for ceramic tile projects. This is a bring-your-own-lunch day.

Thursday, March 6: Out to Lunch Bunch goes to Mulligan’s in Biddeford.

Monday, March 10: Trip to the New England Flower Show. Cost is $35.
