STEVE ALAN THORNTON of Waterboro, died Saturday in Waterboro. Steve wished to have a private burial at Pine Grove Cemetery in Waterboro. Steve was a two-time survivor of cancer. “Superman.” In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to Maine Medical Center’s Pediatric Cancer Ward. Those children had a soft spot in his heart.
