With high tide due in Portland Harbor at 11:11 p.m., forecasters and emergency personnel are watching the storm surge for additional flooding.

The tide will peak at 10.9 feet. With a storm of surge of 1 to 1.5 feet, the National Weather Service warns of flooding in vulnerable coastal areas around the time of high tide.

In addition to the rising tide and surge, waves of 15 feet will cause splashover along the coast.
