NEW FACES

• Kristy Phinney joined Rinck Advertising as an assistant account executive and social media specialist. Phinney, of Greene, is returning to Rinck, where she previously served as an assistant account executive. She managed promotional accounts for Garelick Farms and assisted in producing events.

• Dr. Benjamin A. Lowenstein joined Mid Coast Cardiology in Brunswick. Lowenstein, of Yarmouth, was previously with a private cardiology practice in the York and Portsmouth, N.H., area for seven years.

• Jerry Blodgett was named president and chief executive officer of FISC Solutions. Blodgett, of Topsham, has more than 35 years of experience in the payments and financial services industry.

• Michael Kiser joined Colby College as vice president for communications. Kiser, of Blacksburg, Va., was previously with Virginia Tech, where he served as director of development communications and an adjunct faculty member teaching advanced media writing.

• Kari Sides Suva joined Konbit Sante: Cap-Haitien Health Partnership as assistant director. She has 20 years of operations experience in health care and nonprofit capacity building. She recently graduated from the Tufts Fletcher School of International Law and Diplomacy with a degree in international affairs.

• Greg A. Smith joined TD Bank as vice president, portfolio loan officer, in commercial lending in Auburn. Smith, of Westbrook, has 24 years of experience in banking and lending. He previously worked at Northeast Bank. He is a member of the Westbrook School Committee.
