BATH — The Planning Board will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall,followinga5p.m.workshop that will address the density of the recently approved Plant Home Zone and its compliance with the city’s comprehensive plan.
Should Planning Board members determine the zone is not compliant with the comprehensive plan, they could revise the ordinance to make it more compliant, change the density for the zone or recommend no action, Andrew Deci, Bath’s director of planning and development, said Friday.
During the Planning Board’s regular meeting, the board will discuss a request by PMH Estate — owners of the Plant Home — for a preapplication workshop at the home.
“ They have developed a conceptual plan of something they may submit to us for formal review in the future,” Deci said Friday. The conceptual plan proposes a threestory building with a smaller footprint than the previous plan, which was two stories tall.
Also on Tuesday’s agenda, the board will consider a request for site plan and subdivision amendments at 6 Oak Grove Ave., and a request for site plan approval by Hyde School.
