GETTYSBURG, Pa. — Washington College won the top two doubles competitions and the top five singles matches to clinch a 7-2 win over Gettysburg College in women’s tennis action on Saturday.
Gettysburg (8-6, 3-5 CC) prevented a sweep in doubles as seniors Kelsey Boyce of Arrowsic and Meg Kelly defeated Kat Cohen and Amy Stevens 8-3 at the third flight.
In singles play, Boyce lost to Marielle McIntyre at No. 5, 6-0, 6-1.
Gettysburg travels to No. 6 Johns Hopkins University for a match on Thursday at 3:30 p.m.
