THE 10TH ANNUAL HOSPITALITY FOR HABITAT fundraiser sponsored by the Maine Innkeepers Association raised $15,284 for Habitat for Humanity, whose executive director, Sue Inches, is pictured accepting a donation check from Maine Innkeepers Association Executive Director Greg Dugal. All of the funds raised will be divided among the organizations’ chapters across the state to help build homes for Maine families. The Maine Innkeepers Association has raised more than $100,000 in donations to help support building homes for deserving Maine families since the program began. “With Maine Innkeepers’ support, we are launching a weatherization and repair program in the fall of 2013, which will help 60 Maine families to make ends meet,” Inches said. The top fundraiser for Hospitality for Habitat was Harrasseket Inn in Freeport, which raised $3,535.
