
She was born in Portland, Maine, the daughter of the late Doris and Clayton Bailey.
She graduated from Morse High in 1968 and attended nursing school in Massachusetts and Maine. She married Randall Frazier of Bailey, Miss., in October of 1971.
She was a nurse’s aide at Bath Memorial Hospital, and after her three daughters started school, she left her hospital career to start an inhome daycare, and also worked with families that had children with disabilities. After her children left home she became a residential counselor at multiple adult group homes in the Bath area until 2010.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Randall Frazier of Lisbon Falls, ME.; her three daughters, Jennifer Caron and husband David of Brunswick, ME., Jessica Layne and husband Dennis of Mesa, AZ., and Joanna Adinolfi and husband Richard of East Northport, NY.; two granddaughters, Arianna Caron and Amelia Adinolfi; her brother Richard Bailey and wife Barbara, niece Julia, nephew Timothy of San Diego, CA.
Her life will be celebrated at a private memorial service.
