Virginia Thayer Lovejoy passed away quietly, with her loving family surrounding her, on Friday, Dec. 13, 2013. At Virginia’s request, there will be no public services. Burial will be at the Southern Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider donations in her memory to the Southern Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery Association, c/o Paula Simpson, 919 Main St., Sanford, ME 04073.
