CHELSEA, Vt. (AP) — A wall honoring veterans has been unveiled at a Vermont high school.

The wall at Chelsea High School is a tribute to students who attended the school and died in battle.

A crowd gathered at the school on Memorial Day for the event. WCAX-TV reports Doug Lyford still remembers coming home from Vietnam and learning that his classmate, Francis Thompson, had died. Thompson’s photo and medals hung nearby.
