WATERFORD, CT — John (Jack) Douglas Rockefeller, 80, of Waterford, CT, died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014, at Greentree Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Home.
He was born on March 22, 1934, in Orland, Maine, to James Kenneth and Pauline (Dorr) Rockefeller. He was raised in Bath, Maine. Jack was predeceased by his brother, James I. Rockefeller of Woolwich, Maine. He is survived by daughter Cindy, and sons, Blaine, Patrick and wife, and Michael. He leaves behind several loving grandchildren. He will be remembered by his loving caregiver, Tami.
