BIDDEFORD — Raymond L. Henri, 93, of Biddeford, passed away Wednesday evening on Jan. 21, 2015 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough.
He was born in Biddeford on Dec. 3, 1921, a son of Oscar and Alice (Thuotte) Henri.
Raymond was employed by the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard for many years, retiring in 1985.
He enjoyed taking care of his property, and most importantly, his cat Sox.
He is preceded in death by: two sons, Richard Henri and Robert Henri.
He is survived by: one son, Michael Henri of Sherbrook, Canada, five grandchildren, Allan, Karla, MariAnn, David and Cynthia; three great-grandchildren, Christopher, Sophia and Manny; and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, with a service at 5:30 p.m. at Cote Funeral Home, 87 James Street, Saco.
