BRUNSWICK — As part of the ongoing Ounce of Prevention series, Mid Coast Senior Health Center will host a presentation by Dr. Florin Olteanu, medical director for Mid Coast Senior Health Center and CHANS Home Health Care, from 11 a.m. to noon Monday, April 13.
The presentation, titled “ Successful Aging,” will take place at Mid Coast Senior Health Center, located at 58 Baribeau Drive. Dr. Olteanu will discuss engaging in an active lifestyle to challenge mental and physical functioning, and disease management to assist older adults in maintaining good health.
The Ounce of Prevention is a free monthly series, open to the public, providing education about health and healthcare issues sponsored by Mid Coast Senior Health Center.
