Craig D. Colby of Freeport, an Army veteran who served in Vietnam from 1967 to 1968, and who died in March 2014, will be inducted into the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund’s In Memory Honor Roll for 2015.

The honor roll recognizes those who died as a result of the war in Vietnam, but whose deaths do not fit the criteria for inclusion on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C.

The wall names soldiers who died in the war. Veterans who suffered from medical or other issues caused by their service in Vietnam are recognized through the annual In Memory ceremony, which will be held June 20 on the National Mall.
