Hillary Knight, 25, is the barnyard manager at Smiling Hill Farm in Westbrook. Her family owns the 500-acre farm, which has an on-site dairy in addition to its barnyard area for children. Her favorite part of the job is “working with a variety of animals and educating the public.”
