Free presentations on federal Health Insurance Marketplace open enrollment preview takes place at 6 p.m. Oct. 22 and 3:30 p.m. Oct. 29 at Goodall Memorial Library, 952 Main St., Sanford. York County Community Action Corporation and Nasson Health Center health insurance navigators will provide folks with inforamtion about plans for the 2016 marketplace and what financial help is available.
Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution is hosting a free Estate Planning Seminar at the Scarborough Public Library on Oct. 22 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. with expert Ed Saxby, of South Portland Elder Law, who has over 25 years of legal experience and will provide insight regarding various estate planning topics.
