Mountain Valley jumped out to a 26-10 halftime lead and continued to pull away in the second half for a 53-19 Mountain Valley Conference win over Wiscasset in girls basketball action on Friday.
The Wolverines fell to 1-5 and host Oak Hill on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Ashley Russell scored 14 points, had seven steals and dished out five assists for the Falcons, while Liza White chipped in 12 points.
Maeve Blodgett paced Wiscasset with six points, with Hayhlee Craig adding five.
