Dubois spent his early years at Baker, Newman, Noyes in Portland. He moved away but returned to the Portland area in 2010, working as an analyst for TD Bank and Idexx Labs.
Brandon Mazer joined Perkins Thompson as an associate attorney in the firm’s business practice group.
He focuses on the firm’s craft beverage specialty practice area.
Mazer previously served as general counsel for Shipyard Brewing Co. He is a past president of the Maine Brewers’ Guild and the current vice chair of the Portland Planning Board.
Drew Carter joined RPF Environmental Inc. as a business development representative.
Most recently, Carter was a sales director at Biz to Biz Network Inc.
Diversified Communications hired Chris Chase as an associate editor.
He previously worked for MaineToday Media in Bath.

Melanie Cooper was promoted to director of human resources at FHC Inc.
Cooper first joined FHC in 2015 as the human resources manager. She previously served as the HR manager at J.S. McCarthy Printers in Augusta and taught high school English and humanities in Maine and New Hampshire.
