Former Deering standout honored at SMCC
Southern Maine Community College freshman Abi Ramirez, the former Deering High All-Conference standout, was recently named a USCAA honorable mention All-American. Ramirez, who was joined by former Deering teammate Amanda Brett on the Seawolves this winter, also earned a spot on the Yankee Small College Conference first-team.
