Nancy C. (Romano) Pugh
SCARBOROUGH – Nancy C. (Romano) Pugh, 89, of Newburyport and Hudson, Mass., passed away peacefully May 21, 2021 in Scarborough.
Born in Medford, Mass., Nancy was the beloved daughter of the late Michael and Theresa (Valiante) Romano and the best mother and mother-in-law ever to Russell and Diane of Medford, Mass., Joyce and Bob Hartigan of Newburyport, Mass., Gary and Kim of Amesbury, Mass., Gregg and Cathy of Newbury, Mass., and Nancy T. and Rob Evans of Portland. She is also survived by her grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews; and many dear friends.
She was predeceased by her siblings Theresa and Lucille Romano, Virginia Clark and Michael Romano.
Interment will be private. Email NancyPughsMemorial@gmail.com to attend a celebration of her life later this summer.
Nancy’s family extends their deepest gratitude to everyone at Evergreen Living Center in Saco, and Barron Center in Portland for the compassionate care given to their mother.
