Windham manager proposes flat-funded budget
Town Manager Barry Tibbetts’ $24.5 million budget proposal for FY 2021-22 is $80,000 more than the current $24.4 million budget and includes a new assistant town manager, new emergency personnel and a number of capital improvement projects.
