SOUTH PORTLAND – Everett Wayne Stowell, 77, from South Portland, passed on Christmas evening from a short illness with family by his side. Born in Portland, he graduated from Portland High School. A veteran of the Air Force, he retired from B&M Baked Beans after 36 years. He enjoyed square dancing with friends and family.
Predeceased by his parents, Everett and Anne Stowell; brother, Edward Stowell.
Surviving are his children, Scott, Rob and Chad Stowell; sisters Sandra Reynolds, Betty Geary and Jean Merrigan. Also several nieces and nephews.
There will be a private graveside service in the spring.
