What was the purpose of publishing the letter “Please be informed before voting,” from Peggy Teslow of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, in the June 7 Maine Sunday Telegram?

The Democratic Party “wanting to spread hate and divisiveness among the citizens of Maine”?  That is blatantly false. “My prayer for the citizens of Maine is that they can see through the idiocy of those in power …” Our elected politicians have stood up for us against a tyrant who took the oath of office to uphold the United States Constitution — and look where the country is headed now.

Renee Good and Alex Pretti were killed in Minneapolis by ICE agents. Minnesota law enforcement, at all levels, have been effectively blocked from participating in any investigation. Why is that?

“Federal tax dollars supporting illegals who refuse to assimilate yet milk the system …” And Teslow provided what proof of that happening?

Teslow may be descended from Native Americans and therefore has the right to claim the United States of America as her native country. I was born in the USA. My ancestors left their native birth countries for a better life than they were born to in Ireland, England and Scotland. Teslow should read the Bible book of Matthew. She might learn about how Jesus Christ taught us that we should treat one another.

So, again, what was the purpose for publishing the letter?
