9/26 at 6:19 p.m. Herman Ramsey, 39, of North Bath Road, was arrested by Officer Eric Bryan on Summer Street on charges of domestic violence assault, criminal threatening and criminal mischief.

9/27 at 4:40 a.m. Michael McDonald, 32, of Quimby Avenue, Westbrook, was arrested by Officer Mark Steele on Middle Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
