SOUTH PORTLAND — Parents of children in neighborhoods served by Waldo T. Skillin and Frank I. Brown elementary schools can learn more about and register for preschool programs at a 6-7 p.m. meeting at the Opportunity Alliance, 50 Lydia Lane, in Brick Hill, on May 16.
