FREEPORT — Adam J. Brooks died Dec. 17 at his home.
He was born on Oct. 10 in Brunswick, the infant son of Adam F. Brooks and Taylor B. Birks of Freeport.
He is survived by his parents; paternal grandparents, Fred Brooks of Phippsburg and Tracey Balciar of Brunswick; and maternal grandparents, Brian Birks of Brunswick and Jonell Martin of Lewiston.
Arrangements are by Brackett Funeral Home, Brunswick.
Memorial donations may be made to the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital, Maine Medical Center Development Office, 22 Bramhall St., Portland, ME 04102.
