“Operation Boots to Business: From Service to Startup,” a training program being launched by the Small Business Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense, will offer training to service members and veterans to help them become entrepreneurs and create jobs. The program will begin with the Marines in four locations: Quantico, Va.; Cherry Point, N.C.; Camp Pendleton, Calif.; and Twenty-Nine Palms, Calif.
