I am writing in support of the Lighthouse Inn as owners Peter and Nick Truman continue their efforts to turn the 22-unit motel into condominiums.
The long time Pine Point residents and business people have held four public meetings to discuss their plans for renovating the current building into a structure that’s more conforming with the Pine Point neighborhood.
The road relocation, which has been proposed as part of this project, just makes sense. The current barricades, which need to be installed as directed by the town every year, are an eyesore. The plans to move the road will help the flow of traffic on Pine Point but most importantly, will allow this great project to move forward!
