Christopher Merrill graduated from the University of Connecticut during the May 7 commencement in Storrs, Conn.

Merrill received a bachelor of science degree in molecular and cell biology from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Merrill, the son of Timothy and Teresa Merrill of Scarborough, was a 2002 graduate of Scarborough High School.
