The Current is pleased to announce the return of Retail Sales Supervisor Ann Duddy to our Scarborough office and to welcome new staff member Traci Goff who works in both advertising and graphics.

Duddy, returned to the Scarborough office after opening Current Publishing’s Sun Chronicle newspaper in Saco. Duddy joined the Current in Nov. 2002, just after the paper’s startup. She was named the 2003 Maine Press Association’s advertising person of the year.

Duddy has worked selling ads in newspapers for nearly 20 years. She spent 15 years with the Journal Tribune in Biddeford. Duddy said she is pleased to return home to the Scarborough office.

Duddy lives in Biddeford with her husband Jose, her two cairn terriers and her collection of over 350 lifelike dolls.

Duddy is a Maine native and grew up in Presque Isle.

Goff has worked in advertising and design for four years. She studied graphic design at York County Community College and was employed for three years by “Making It at Home” a community newspaper in her hometown of Wells.

Goff is a 2003 graduate of Wells High School, where she helped layout and design her high school yearbook.

Goff enjoys reading and cooking. She lives in Wells with her father and cat Sammy.
