Speaking of rain, and we’ve had plenty lately, causing flooding in the York County area. In 1902, White’s Bridge in North Windham was washed away because of flooding. Then, as now, sightseeing during disasters was common, as shown in this picture. Photo courtesy of Windham Historical Society
