In the April 6 issue, a front page story, “Cape Council will surpass spending cap,” Cape Elizabeth Town Councilor Mary Ann Lynch was inaccurately quoted. Her statement was, “I do not support a budget increase which is 100 percent greater than the rate of inflation.”
