Fire and Rescue

Between March 12 and March 18, Cape Elizabeth Fire and Rescue transported six people to Maine Medical Center.

At March 12 at 1:56 p.m. on Thrasher Road, and on March 13 at 4:15 p.m. on Jordan Way, the fire department responded to reports of water problems.

On March 16 at 6:34 a.m. the fire department responded to an activated alarm on Jordan Way.

No charge

A resident of the Mitchell Road area reported on March 10 unauthorized use of a credit card. The card had been used to purchase $249.66 worth of clothing at a Macy’s store in Florida and there were other unauthorized uses of the card. The credit card company was contacted and the account closed.

At approximately 3:37 p.m. on March 11, a resident of the Broad Cove area reported fraudulent activity on a debit card. The bank had informed the complainant that someone had charged more than $1,000 at a store in California.

Unattended

At approximately 4:44 p.m. March 16, police responded to a residence in the Mitchell Road area for a report of a possible unattended death. Upon arrival, police met with the caller and found the resident deceased.

Talking to

At approximately 5 p.m. on March 17, police responded to a residence in the Ocean House Road area for a report of a domestic disturbance. Police met with both parties involved. No crime was committed and no arrests were made.
