William Gelinas, 37, Ocean House Road, on Route 77 for an uninspected motor vehicle.

Fire and Rescue

Between Jan. 25 and Jan. 29, the Cape Elizabeth Rescue squad transported five patients to Maine Medical Center and two to Mercy Hospital

On Jan. 27 at around 7:45 p.m., the fire department responded to an activated carbon monoxide detector, and on Jan. 29 at around 7 p.m. and at around 10 p.m., to activated fire alarms.

Petty cash

On Jan. 21, a Mitchell Road resident reported a motor vehicle burglary. A couple dollars were taken from the vehicle.
