Freeport winter parking ban, starts Friday, Nov. 15 and runs to April 15. Parking is prohibited on all town streets from 11 p.m.-7 a.m. The provision is in effect all year on both sides of Harraseeket Road between Main Street and Dixon Road and on both sides of South Freeport Road between Main and Park streets.
